Today marks the six-year anniversary of T.I.’s Paper Trail album. Released in 2008, the album racked up 568,000 in its first week, hitting number one. Following the death of Tip’s friend, things got worse for the rapper, as he was awaiting trial for federal weapons possessions charges, and the raw anger and emotion filled the album.
