J. Cole spits some interesting bars in the remix for Maroon 5’s hit track “Animals.” Though his verse is only 30 seconds long, Cole packs in the punches by letting out his own animal instincts take over.
Cole shows how addictive love can be with these compelling words, “You’re a part of me, and I’m part of you. I’m addicted I need a lotta you. Overdosing your poison had got me floating on cloud 9, tell me what I’m supposed to do when I run out of you.”
