This is one hell of a chest-thumper. Rising undergrounder Scotty ATL recruits the always-dope Killer Mike and warbling Trouble for “Pray Alone,” an anthem aimed at those who hated and doubted. Scotty handles his own and makes sure his presence is felt, especially by grabbing two verses and the last couple bars of the third, but how could anyone really be a match for the attitude, rhymes, and showmanship of Mike? Still, this isn’t Mike vs. Scotty, it’s them vs. the world, and for these five plus minutes, it sounds like they’re resoundingly winning.
