The Chef blesses us with another throwback thursday gem. If Rae wasn’t born to spit over RZA‘s ash-covered grit, then he was born for this. It’s some Fly International Luxurious Art (speaking of, we’re still waiting on a release date for Rae’s disc). Maybe the near-double time rhythm is a bit of a stretch for Chef, but the beat just feels like the white fur in that picture, and there’s nothing more fitting for Rae’s detail-minded, tasteful rhymes than that. With the aid of Rae’s vivid verses, he’s lived 1,000 lifetimes, and we’ve gone as many exotic places–now we’re just waiting on that FILA.
