With just a couple of hours until the release of Ab-Soul’s highly anticipated These Days…, the self-proclaimed black-lipped bastard gifts us with the Kendrick Lamar-featured interlude, appropriately titled “Kendrick Lamar Interlude.” The pair take it back to the Section.80 days, as the jazz-influenced Terrace Martin-produced track is reminiscent of “Ab-Soul’s Outro,” which was featured on Lamar’s debut album.
Aside from Lamar and other members of his TDE family, These Days… will include features from guests such as Lupe Fiasco, Danny Brown and Rick Ross, etc. If you haven’t yet done so, you can pre-order the album here. Take a listen to “Kendrick Lamar Interlude” below.
