On “Drugs,” Kevin somehow manages to hit two similarly disparate notes as “Dior”‘s hook and breakdown, and then fuses them into one simultaneous, seamless sound. With this strange fission, Kevin winds up making what is essentially a full-length (six-minute) ballad.
