Rumors may be flying about a possible Jay and Bey tour, but one thing for certain is that Jay‘s (Budweiser) Made In America Festival definitely will be happening. On Wednesday, Jay, alongside Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti, Los Angeles City Council member Herb Wesson, and Vice President of Budweiser Brian Perkins, announced that the annual festival will be held Labor Day weekend in Los Angeles this year.
