Slug said of this song that he wanted to write “about loving something so much that you submit to the moment.” Therein lies the reason for titling their latest Southsiders single “Kanye West.” While the song has nothing to do with Yeezy, it deals with passion, something constantly associated with Mr. West. The video centers around liquor store robberies by an odd couple and shows that love can overtake any and all rational judgement. Watch below. Southsiders arrives May 6.
