Everyone’s favorite Boston weirdo throws his hat into the Boondocks tape ring with “Sometimes.” The synthy, bubbling, early-Odd Future-esque production is a good compliment to Christmas‘ half-joking, half serious style here. He reflects on detention, an impending jail sentence that was cancelled because, “I was way too lazy to commit crimes,” and grinding in the face of the problems of his life stacking “like music to a medley.” Michael just keeps getting stronger, it’s only a matter of time until he gets strong enough to blow. Tick, tick, tick.
