Meet Iranian Hollander Sevdaliza. She may not have blown up yet, but you would never know from watching “Clear Air.” Over an airy, synth-laden beat, the up-and-coming singer creates an atmosphere that is at once suspenseful and satisfying. The crisp video features Sevdaliza, dressed at first in all white, transforming into a much more vibrant entity by way of what is either a dance or very stylized battle (or dance battle.)
