Former third of Das Racist and current wacko / chill guy Kool AD has just, out of whatever dimension he normally resides, dropped a video and album. The video for “Open Letter,” which is also Word O.K.‘s first song finds the Bay Area rapper lounging under palm trees and blowing some really preposterous smoke rings. Throughout the album, AD is in top, left-field, absurdist form, bouncing sounds off of eachother like Spaldings. Word O.K. features from Toro Y Moi, Talib Kweli, Mr. MFN eXquire, Lakutis, a funny title when you think about it, and more.
