Though they kind of got upstaged by Pharrell‘s 24-hour-long video, Kool & Kass‘ “Thank You Jesus” definitely packs a formidable niche punch too. What starts out as a run-of-the-mill–though dope–Kool AD kind of experience, complete with mumbling, weird effects, and laughs, devolves into a completely insane, impassioned rant / conversation set to footage of one hell of a drum solo.
