Hopsin is gearing up to release Knock Madness after an extremely long delay. Now, he has let go one of the most anticipated tracks off the album, “Rip Your Heart Out” featuring Tech N9ne. This marks the second time the two have linked up, following “Am I a Pyscho?” off Tech’s album All 6’s and 7’s album. Listen to the record below and pre-order Knock Madness here. Judging from the “Fatality” sample in the middle of the song, the title is a reference to Kano from Mortal Kombat.
