Vic Mensa dropped by Sway In The Morning recently to do a little #INNANETAPE promo. Probably in honor of his recent tour stint with J. Cole, Sway threw Vic the beat for one of Cole’s original noise-makers, back before Sideline Story dropped, “Who Dat.” Young Net absolutely nails the verse, throwing out a typically schizo-tempo’d verse that starts out with a beginning we’ve heard a million times before–our hero goes to the shelf, and grabs his gun. Vic then cuts this narrative short though, by having himself trip over an extension cord and bust his head open. The rest of the verse is full of memorable moments too, among them is “Cooking crack sentences, my shit to old to gentri-fix.” After his rapid-pace written is over, Vic lets of a disjointed freestyle and then without warning calls it quits. Enjoy below and download the INNANET.
