With Drake season in full swing we thought it was time to thumb through the archives. What we found was last year’s interview and all of its gems. The interview was conducted in the aftermath of the bizarre Drake vs Common beef and after Take Care‘s critical and commercial dominance, yet Drake is extraordinarily level-headed. See for yourself below.
Our Editor-in-Chief Elliott Wilson handled the words while photographer Ruben Rivera handled the images. Elliott will be interviewing Drake on September 22nd for #CRWN, so consider this as a warm-up. A lot can change in the year, hence Drake‘s new album title.
