Bue Sky Black Death are gearing up for the release of their Glaciers album, due out October 1 via Fake Four Inc. In keeping with the album title, they’ve released another slow, beautifully cold record, this time with the help of Lotte Kestner.
“III” is a very interesting record in that it uses a 14-year-old software program called Acid 2.0. Also, they’ve sampled a Justin Bieber song here and slowed it 800 times its normal playing speed (can any Beliebers out there guess which song they used?). There’s also a guitar sample from UK shoegaze band Slowdive mixed in there. Listen to the ambient record down below and pre-order the album here.
