UPDATE: Turns out that this song is an unofficial remix of Bronson‘s song “Consensual Rape.” Bronson is not pleased. That doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy it though.
Yes, that is a spaghetti beard. Equally as jarring is “Drug Shit,” the DJ Semi-produced track below. Action Bronson gives us the usual well-rapped, fellatio-filled, hooker-starring, drug-derived tales we’ve come to expect from him, but his vocals sound notably airy over the light, subdued instrumental. It’s not a juxtaposition of soft and hard; it’s more like a figure skating routine between a ballet dancer and a wrestler, a graceful meeting of two different, but not opposite worlds. Listen below.
An entire album or EP of this would be interesting, but only if were titled Aronofsky Rhymes.
