Mo$ is in Chicago, still in high school. His new mixtape, Thought Process is, as he puts it, “basically a way of venting over instrumentals–but not too J.Cole“. All of Thought Process was recorded at Classick Studios with my engineer HeadAche. RRXXXXXX, a considerably talented crafter of gritty bangers, produced the mixtape. “He sent me hella beats and I basically just picked the ones I could listen to for hours and not get tired of them. It was a mixed process, I had some free verses that I threw on the beats and I also sat down and wrote to beats.” Influenced by Tyler, The Creator, Eminem and Kid Cudi, Mo$ produced a mixtape that reflects a lot of potential with strengths and weaknesses. Some of his strongest tracks are “Crazy,” and “Hunting Season.” The artist will be dropping his next project in the winter. For now, he is focusing on “getting Thought Process out here, and trying to book some shows outside of Chicago and in Chicago.” Check out the promising work of RRXXXXXX and Mo$ below.
