Most rappers would take this beat as an opportunity to spit an arsenal of bars, but in case you haven’t noticed by now, Joe Budden isn’t like most rappers. Joe croons about the pitfalls of being trapped in the friend zone. He’s not having that and he’s letting the girl know, with lines like, “it’s enough pussy in this world for me to not need yours.” It’s funny–on the track Drake went maybe the hardest he ever has and almost managed not to sing at all, Joey, who almost never sings, took it in a much more Drake-like angle.
