Project Pat
New York hip-hop these days sounds like it’s produced below the Mason-Dixon. So it was only right that Electric Circus put together this show dedicated to one of the originators of the Southern sound, Project Pat, with the with the help of Harlemite skater/rapper Black Dave and Atlanta-bred skater turned rapper Reese.
The energy was on point and since it was Project Pat’s first show in New York City in a decade, there was too much love in the building. If you didn’t make it to the show, check out our photo gallery from the night and the Electric Circus visual recap below, including Pat’s performance of gems like “Chicken Head” and “If You Ain’t From My Hood.”
