Aside from a pretty great rap name, OG Dutch Master had some of the best visuals to come out of Baltimore this year with his 7 Villains collective. He’s backed up his talk with a pretty well put together mixtape entitled Art Of War. Making good use of production from the likes of A$AP Ty Beats, Raak, and Heye Fade and Butch Dawson, his project sheds light on a new wave within a forgotten East Coast city that might not be too far off from popular style anymore. The collaborative track between himself, Walt Fraze, and Black Zheep is a favorite.
