Last September, Brooklyn-based emcee Skyzoo released his second album, A Dream Deferred. The project, which featured production from 9th Wonder, !llmind, Focus…, Black Milk and more, showed Skyzoo finally defining his sound and setting himself out as an established emcee. Skyzoo is releasing his new visuals for “Spike Lee Was My Hero,” featuring Talib Kweli, off of his new album. The video has a Spike Lee cameo, which helps to further give the stamp of approval on the song.
