It’s obvious that female rhyme-spitter Angel Haze is influenced by Missy “Misdemeanor” Elliott. The proof lies in Haze‘s latest release, a freestyle over Elliott‘s classic hit single, “Gossip Folks.”
As always Haze‘s lyrical prowess is rapid and smooth. Timbaland‘s now-vintage production fits Haze well as she provides that confident and brash rhyming delivery that we have come to love. “And I still kill bitches when I’m sub-par,” may be one of the best and boastful rhymes of 2012.
Check out the video below and be on the lookout for Haze‘s album some time next year.
