If you’re a music fan over the age of 21 then you surely remember visiting your favorite record store on Tuesdays to cop that new release. If you’re a music junkie then you surely also remember hanging out at a local record store talking about your favorite artists.
Fat Beats Records closed up shop a couple of years ago. The store was a staple for NY and LA hip-hop heads. Even though the locations are gone, the memories remain and the Brown Bag All-Stars are helping in that regard. They reminisce about their days working at Fat Beats in their new video “406” (for the NY shop located at 406 Sixth Avenue in Greenwich Village). Take a trip down memory lane with them.
