TNGHT is tired of being swagger-jacked. In a recent interview with FACT Magazine, electronic producers Lunice (repping Montreal) and Hudson Mohawke (repping Glasgow) revealed their thoughts on mainstream American hip-hop beatmakers. Initially, they thought that the similarities between their trap house monsters and others’ were coincidental, but over time they realized that the situation was much more malicious than they had assumed. Though they mention no names, the pair warns that they’re about to take the game by storm and that collateral damage is definitely coming to plagiarists. If you’re using Fruity Loops disrespectfully, what goes around comes around.
Their debut EP is set to be released on July 24th worldwide.
