Ramon Martins is an innovator. The Brazilian painter and street artist works both on the streets and in galleries using an eclectic amount of styles and mediums. His influences vary from cartoons and figurative art to comic books and Japanese culture, merging all of these elements to creating psychedelic works reminiscent of the 70’s Fillmore posters.
“I don’t allow a linear method of production; I respect outages and intervals as the work demands. I love the creative process, the trials and challenges that each job presents,” he says. “My influences are linked to how we adapt to situations, how we respond to them. We all have our energy and it comes out in our actions.” Ramon Martins invites you to be part of his vibrantly colored chaotic world.
