On May 30th, the New Orleans Hornets won the NBA Draft Lottery. This almost assuredly means that Anthony Davis is headed to the bayou. The dismal Charlotte Bobcats missed their golden chance to turn around their historically bad squad with franchise player.
The results have led many to cry foul play and suggest that the fix was in. A USA Today poll currently has more than 50 percent of respondents saying that they believe that he lottery was fixed. Coincidentally, or not, the Hornets are owned by the NBA.
