Jay Electronica‘s Act II: The Patents of Nobility album is still floating around in the clouds somewhere, but we now get a little glimpse into the process. Frank William Miller, Jr. was commissioned to drum up the album’s artwork prior to Jay Elect’s Roc Nation signing. Now, Frank has released the designs on his website. No word on whether or not these mock-ups will make it onto the final product.
