After performing at the Fader Fort at SXSW, Big K.R.I.T. met up with the guys from the Nice Kicks shop at the Hoop & Hang event. While he wasn’t hooping — he’s a “baseball player” — K.R.I.T. gave the guys a run down on his shoe game.
In the interview, he talks about why he’s only performing in Jordan 11s and Spizikes from now on, among other things.
“I actually twisted my ankle in the Air Jordan 4s at the Fader Fort (SXSW) and decided that I’m only going to perform in 11s and Spizikes from here on out. I twisted my ankle in the 5s too, so, I’m going to stick with what works from now on.”
