TMZ is reporting that Curren$y has filed a lawsuit against Dame Dash, claiming that Dash released two albums of his in 2010 (Pilot Talk and Pilot Talk II) without permission. The two attempted to work out a deal in which Dash would release the albums, but the agreement never fully materialized. The New Orleans spitta says that Dame continued to release his music even after the rapper signed with Warner Bros. in 2011. Dash, however, claims that he is fully justified in releasing the music considering the two had worked out an arrangement in 2010 and claims that Curren$y is the one who reneged on the deal and went to Warner. The rapper is suing for $1.5 million in damages.
