The online outlet of RESPECT. Magazine is looking for contributors. More specifically, we’re announcing an open call for Copy Editors, Editorial Interns, and Photographers. If you have a deep knowledge of hip-hop and music in general with a specific focus on emerging artists, this job is for you. Tasks include daily posts, assisting with copy-editing and fact-checking, transcribing interviews, and data entry as well as the chance to make it into print. WordPress skills are a must. If you have a specific interest in writing about lifestyle, art, graffiti, or photography, please make that known on your application.
The internship is unpaid; the ability to gain college credit for the internship is strongly preferred. Additionally, applicants based in NYC are preferred, but we will accept applications from all over.
