Update 2: The shirts are now being sold on Rocawear’s site.
Update: Rocawear pulls all “Occupy All Streets” tees from its line.
Interesting. The business entrepreneur/rapper strikes again with a new clothing line aiming to support the Occupy Wall Street movement. The T-shirts, which will go for $22.99, will not distribute profits to any protesters. Not sure if this move further fuels their distraught over the wealthy, but the play off Occupy is a good look. Regardless, Rocawear had this to say in this statement: “The ‘Occupy All Streets’ T shirt was created in support of the ‘Occupy Wall Street’ movement. Rocawear strongly encourages all forms of constructive expression, whether it be artistic, political or social. ‘Occupy All Streets’ is our way of reminding people that there is change to be made everywhere, not just on Wall Street. At this time we have not made an official commitment to monetarily support the movement.”
