The Punch Line King Lloyd Banks was on MTV’s RapFix Live yesterday to help celebrate the show’s one year anniversary, but he also took some time to speak on his upcoming projects. Banks has been hard at work finishing Cold Corner 2 and is already well under way on his next studio LP. CCDeuce is due out in the next two weeks, but the follow up album to Hunger For More 2 is still a bit farther off. The Queens-bred emcee did have some bold claims about his upcoming Cold Corner project: “It’s (CC2) a mixtape at the end of the day…It’ll be the best mixtape, hands down, that comes out this year.” Only time will tell, but check out the video below to see what else Banks had to say.
