Brooklyn’s up-and-comer Troy Ave nabs Prodigy of Mobb Deep for a menacing street anthem that makes us reminisce back to NY hip-hop in 1994. Directed by Jay Onez, Troy Av and Illuminati P trade crack raps on “Dirty Martini,” the first single off his upcoming project Bricks In My Backpack 2: Powder to the People dropping on August 30. Think bubble coats and Timbo boots from a more urban time when considering this as proof of a grittier revival for the East coast.
