In honor of the release of Beats, Rhymes and Life, California’s Amoeba Records has put together a special edition of their “What’s In My Bag?” video series with the film’s director, Michael Rapaport, and its music supervisor, Stones Throw impresario Peanut Butter Wolf. This is definitely worth the seven minutes as they weave their way through the Tribe catalogue, talk Busta Rhymes, digress into Jazz, Funk and Soul, and eventually come back to the history of music documentaries. Definitely makes you want to go shopping.
