Recently, Wynwood, FL has become a destination location for various artists with its rapidly growing art scene, and is now home to one of the world’s largest installations of graffiti murals. That being, it is no surprise that someone had the idea to capitalize on the rich street art culture.
A company called Roam Rides, is now offering a two-hour tour (on Vespas) of many of the outdoor murals of Wynwood. Guides highlight works by local artists, such as Typoe and Tribe Called Phresh (TCP), while contextualizng the pieces by explaining the evolution of graffiti art. Not really sure if I’m down with this posh graffiti tour, but Vespas seem fun, and some of the art looks sick. Are you planning on checkin’ this one out?
