Dom Kennedy stopped by KSFS radio in San Francisco to talk to Miss Special about his recently dropped album, From the Westside, With Love II.
“I was definitely proud of the music first and foremost, and I couldn’t wait for everyone to get to hear it,” he said. “I was actually working until the last minute til we put it out, but I was just really excited to share some new music with the people.”
Surprisingly, Dom didn’t cite his music as his biggest accomplishment. While he’s thrilled to have the albums out, “traveling and doing shows and being able to talk to fans and interact and see how the music really affects them,” is what he loves most.
Kennedy also talks about designing and finding someone to draw out the album artwork, always doing his best, and his favorite tracks.
