
For years, Japanese manhole covers have featured bright and colorful artistic designs. Now, thanks to street art legends like Shepard Fairey, The London Police, and Invader, Milan has something to brag about too. Those artists have, with a push from the Don Gallery, provided wrought iron covers to decorated main arteries in the city.
Flying Fortress and Rendo are also on board and the work will remain in use for two years. (via Gltn).
