Cory Jreamz is a 19 year-old rapper out of Houston who sounds nothing like a rapper out of Houston. He showcases a taste for the avant-garde and minimalism here in his self-directed video for “Howl,” the first single off his forthcoming album, The Lonely Painter. In the song, Jreamz claims he wants to be “badder than Ernest Hemingway,” which probably means he should be drinking and fighting a lot more, but he’s still young so he has time.
