Once in awhile in hip-hop, there comes a collaboration between two artists so dope in their own right, that the combining of the two forces on one track seems insane in the best of ways. That’s the case for Flying Lotus‘, “Never Catch Me” featuring Kendrick Lamar, the first single off of You’re Dead, slated for release October 7th. Before even listening to the track, it’s almost a sure thing that the song will be amazing; Fly Lo plus K.Dot can do no wrong. The track doesn’t disappoint, as Kendrick’s double-time bars are supported by a Fly Lo jazz piano beat that still knocks. Listen to the track below; courtesy of the LA Leakers.
