Following his tense encounter with DJ Akademiks, Vic Mensa is back with a dope visual for his new single “OMG,” which features Pharrell Williams (who doesn’t show up, unfortunately) and Pusha T. The clip — shot by Vic and Shomi Patwary — sees the Chicago emcee riding around in his hometown, connecting with many of his peers (Young Chop, GLC, Towkio, Joey Purp and more make cameos). We then see some automotive destruction to cap things off.
The track can be found on The Manuscript, a four-track EP that also sees an appearance from (former?) G.O.O.D. Music-affiliated singer Mr. Hudson. That can be streamed here.
Enjoy “OMG” below (it’s a TIDAL exclusive, so there’s that)…Vic Mensa’s long-awaited debut album is expected to drop sometime this Summer. One can only hope.
P.S. …is that Carl Gallagher?
