RESPECT. Premiere: OnCue Opens Up on "Cry Wolf" [WATCH]

OnCue is no stranger to keeping it honest on his music. The rapper recently released his project, You Knew All Along, but he’s prepping to release his EP, Perfectly, Tragically, Flawed and in honor of that, OnCue has released a new visual for his fans. “Cry Wolf”–produced by Maki and Just Blaze— is refreshing, raw and exactly what fans need. OnCue doesn’t hold back when it comes to showing his fans his life history, where he came from and where he is going. It’s an uplifting track for sure.

“When I went to (director) Hunter Lyon with my vision for Cry Wolf, I just wanted something big feeling. The record is so stripped down, juxtaposed with emptiness felt right. Cry Wolf is a good-feeling type of record, so to be honest, me and Hunter wanted to invite homies. We shot on one of shortest/coldest days of the year, but somehow we pulled it off with the amount of daylight we had.”
