Rain drop, drop top.. you’re a fan of Migos? Guess who’s not?
Actor Lakeith Stanfield from critically acclaimed FX series ‘Atlanta’ tweeted an unpopular opinion regarding the Migos.
In a since-deleted tweet, Lakeith called Migos “garbage.”
No one can be certain whether the tweet was a joke or not; however, he was smart to avoid backlash instead of facing it head on.
The Migos have been media rock stars lately. Thanks to the Golden Globes cosign from Donald Glover, the group’s popularity has expanded.
However; since making controversial statements regarding Makonnen’s sexuality, Migos have received major flack stemming from their recent Rolling Stone interview.
The timing is a bit awkward, but here’s the thing— Stanfield’s tweet was sent before the Migos made their comments. Migos have done damage control but hopefully the damage won’t affect the star power of their careers.
