Migos are fed up with the rappers stealing their style and they are prepared to go to war with anybody who thinks they can jack their style. In their new video for “Commando” produced by OG Parker, the Atlanta trio takes a substantial approach to calling out the swagger jackers.
The video starts with a fake Fox 5 News reporter on the scene, with a hostage situation starring Migos being surrounded by law enforcement as they hold all the Atlanta rappers who stole their “Dab” against their wishes. Takeoff steps up first. He delivers a bone crushing non-stop fearsome verse that rips apart all the rappers who stole from him and his brothers, especially the word “bando,” also known as a modern day trap house.
Takeoff raps, “We the first ones that came up with the bando/Talking ‘bout you got the Act but what they goin’ for/ I’m bout to start extorting n****s for that Migo flow/ We the ones that really came in with the kicking doors/ Same n****s brought Versace to the centerfold,” to kick the track off right. The video continues with the trio, despite all police efforts are not letting the swagger jackers leave out alive. The video also includes a cameo from Boosie while standing on top of police cars to let the jackers know that Migos aren’t taking things lightly. The new video release comes a day after Ian Connor leaked a snippet of a new Kanye West track, that sounds like it features the Atlanta trio. Stay tuned!
