It’s also the journey of a man who’s been at rock bottom, only to pull himself up with hard work and sheer will. With wavy production provided by cats like Brenontheboards and Namzbeatz, Zay absolutely floats over this album, creating standouts like, “Mercy” and “Lottery,” which are the strongest candidates to break out to the masses.
