#PeepTheVisual: Rick Ross Joins MMG’s Yowda In “F*ck The Radio”

MMG signed rapper, Yowda continues his push by dropping a music video for his song “Fuck the Radio.”

This time he returns with the boss of all bosses Rick Ross who makes a cameo appearance in the beginning of the music video offering advice to the MMG signee as he debates independence or the big label route.

In the song Yowda calls out the labels from Columbia to Interscope to Atlantic, dishing details on various offers the labels threw his way during meetings.

With so much talk about the big labels vs. the indie artists these days, this song really shows what an artist goes through as he fights to come up in Hip-Hop even when you have the MMG name behind you.

In addition to with work with other members of MMG like Wale and the incarcerated Meek Mill, Yowda has a host of collaborations with artists like Mozzy, Hoodrich Pablo Juan, Kevin Gates, Zoey Dollaz, Slim 400 and several other well known acts.

MMG Rapper Yowda Returns With New Single – “Victim” (ft. Kevin Gates)

Check out MMG’s Las Vegas based rapper Yowda as he drops a new single featuring none other than the recently released Kevin Gates. From the onset Kevin Gates leads with a dark hook, as a dark bell rings overtop a synth lead.

MMG is looking to make a big push with Yowda this Summer now that the Sin City rapper’s legal issues are behind him so it’s clear the future is looking bright despite the dark undertones of this trap heavy track.

“We had to push the button on this one, this is one the only singles out there with Gates on it right now so we knew the fans would love it,” Yowda said.

MMG’s Yowda & Bay Area’s Mozzy Drop ‘Hell Made’ Collab Project

Hailing from “Sin City” and and donning the MMG name, Vegas rapper Yowda links up with rising Bay Area talent Mozzy for a collaborative project titled, Hell Made. The 8 song project features a host of raw street talent including Gunplay, Philthy Rich, Lex Luger, Hitta J3 and We G Wak. After earning a feature on Las Vegas’ Fox 5 News for this role in the rise of Trap music in Hip-Hop, MMG rapper Yowda foll ows up his video to “Work For Me” and the visual for “I Never Knew”.

In addition to his project with Mozzy and work with other members of MMG like Wale and Meek Mill, Yowda has another collaborative project in the works with fellow MMG artist and rising D.C. talent Fat Trel to add to his songs with Hoodrich Pablo Juan, Kevin Gates, Zoey Dollaz, Slim 400 set for release in the coming weeks.

It’s a lovely situation with MMG, it helps me get my foot in the door easier, but the grind is still the grind, that’s just one stepping stone up a long stairwell, you feel me?” Yowda explained. “I just came back from D.C. to welcome Fat Trel home and we worked on a reloaded version of ‘Fat & Ugly’ tape and we shot a few music videos.”

#PeepTheVisual: Yowda – ‘Till Morning’ (Ft. Maybaxh Hot)

Las Vegas rapper Yowda unleashed the new video for his banger “Till Morning” yesterday. In the three-minute visual directed by Glass Imagery, the Maybach Music Group signee, who joined the crew in 2014, holds down his Atlanta trap house, rolls up with his homies and still manages to secure the bag.

Yowda’s got big plans for 2017, as he looks to perform in Hong Kong, drop five more visuals and then release his self-titled album later in the year. “Till Morning” is the standout single from Yowda’s recently released mixtape, Road Trip.
