North Carolina-to-Maryland artist YBN Cordae has pretty much proven how dope he is over the past year, essentially setting himself apart from his YBN counterparts Nahmir and Almighty Jay. Now, the XXL Freshman alum delivers his official debut album The Lost Boy, which sees 15 tracks and appearances from Ty Dolla $ign, Arin Ray, Meek Mill, Anderson .Paak, J. BJ The Chicago Kid – 1123

Three years after the criminally-slept-on (?) album In My Mind, BJ The Chicago Kid delivers a new album titled 1123, which sees 13 new soulful cuts and appearances from Rick Ross, Anderson .Paak, J.I.D, Offset, Eric Bellinger, Afrojack and Kent Jamz. DJ Snake – Carte Blanche

Parisian producer DJ Snake is back with a new album titled Carte Blanche, which follows 2016’s Encore. Juls – Colour

British-Ghanaian DJ and producer Juls takes a break from crafting hits for others to create some of his own. The Brooklyn rapper is doing something I’m absolutely in awe of as someone from both sides of the Atlantic: he’s merged his own hard-nosed New York sound with UK Drill and other elements to create something all its own…and it’s infectious as hell. Following the smash hit “Welcome To The Party” (video added below) comes the new project Meet The Woo, which sees nine new tracks (courtesy of production from Rico Beats and 808MeloBeats) to turn up to before the Summer’s out.

Despite being shot multiple times in Hollywood recently, Young Dolph is set to release his upcoming album Thinking Out Loud this Friday.

After being in stable condition from gun wounds, Dolph is back with a new perspective on life. On his newest track “While U Here,” the Memphis rapper reflects on his life and delivers simple advice to cherish your loved ones.

The Drummer Boy-produced cut opens with a cinematic effect as Dolph raps about his loved ones and all the hardships they’re facing from his younger brother serving time in prison to watching his best friend’s mother suffer from cancer. Despite all the struggles, he reminds listeners to appreciate their loved ones before it’s too late.

“Tell yo momma you love her while she here/Tell yo pops that you love him while he here/Tell yo homeboy you love while he here/One day you here, next day you gone, for real,” he raps in the chorus.

Moreover, his upcoming album includes some solid features from the likes of Gucci Mane, Ty Dolla $ign, 2 Chainz and D.R.A.M. so it’s definitely something that fans are looking forward to.

Young Dolph certainly like to use his situations as springboards of opportunity. This past February, the Memphis rapper would find himself the target of a hundred shots during CIAA weekend in Charlotte, NC…that turned into a new album titled Bulletproof (he was unharmed in a bulletproof SUV at the time). Last month, Young Dolph was shot in Hollywood; thankfully, he survived. Now, fans get another album titled Thinking Out Loud, which sees 10 tracks and appearances from D.R.A.M., Gucci Mane, 2 Chainz and Ty Dolla $ign. The project was led by the closing track “While U Here”; that was then followed by a new visual for “Believe Me” (which we’ve included here).
