Young Cutta is a rising 16 year old producer from North Carolina. He has been producing since 2017 and has worked with several rising artists from NLE Choppa, YBN Nahmir, NoCap, and others. He is a newcomer but is focused and determined on making his name in the game as a top-tier producer such as southern hip-hop producers Zaytoven and Murda Beatz.

RESPECT.: Where you from?

Young Cutta: I’m from Kill Devil Hills, North Carolina.

RESPECT.: Who are some of your musical influences?

Young Cutta: Murda Beatz and Zaytoven are my favorites.

RESPECT.: How’d you get started producing music?

Young Cutta: I started producing on FL Studio 20 about 2-3 years ago. I found out about FL Studio through Youtube videos.

RESPECT.: Who have you worked with and how did the situation?

Young Cutta: I’ve worked with NLE Choppa, JayDaYoungan, YBN Nahmir, NoCap, and more. I connected with them all through social media.

RESPECT.: What do you have to bring to the game?

Young Cutta: have work ethic and determination to become the greatest and produce hit records. I also have a unique style.

RESPECT.: If you could meet any mentor in the game who would it be and what advice would you ask them?

Young Cutta: It would be Zaytoven because he is so knowledgeable and is one of my favorites.

RESPECT.: What’s the biggest success/challenge you faced in your 3 years in the game?

Young Cutta: I’ve been very successful by using social media. The down side is that I live in a small town so I cant meet people in person.

RESPECT.: What do you want to do in these next five years?

Young Cutta: I want to grow and keep working with different artists, go platinum, and win the grammys.

RESPECT.: What are you currently working on?

Young Cutta: I’m working on many artists projects at the moment.

RESPECT.: What’s coming up for you in 2020?

Young Cutta: A lot! I will be huge this year.

RESPECT.: What does RESPECT. mean to you?

Young Cutta: Respect means everything. It’s who you are if you are someone.
