]]> Childish Gambino waterChildish Gambino officially announced that he will dropping a new album with the video for “Yaphet Kotto.” The visuals are pretty basic, yet emotionally charged. Childish submerges himself underwater for the duration of the 90-second clip. The camera starts off zoomed in on Childish’s face before panning out to reveal the rest of his body and the rest of the pool covered in leaves. On the track, the MC sputters over a soulful instrumental, featuring some (annoying) high-pitched female vocals and guitar riffs.

Along with the artistic video, Childish announced the title for his next project: Because The Internet. It will drop over “winter break” according to his Twitter:
