]]> Learn more about 21 year old, Megan Alyssa, the Sexy Pop and R&B singer, songwriter and dancer. Born of Dominican heritage and raised in Long Island, New York, she is very diverse and proudly showcases her passion for music, writing and dancing. Megan has been captivating audiences siince she was three years old. She has always been surrounded by a musical family and deeply inspired by her grandfather who played in a band, she quickly developed a desire to be a performer. To add to her musical talents, Megan also plays percussion and pitched instruments such as the piano and violin. Consistently and fearlessly, she has broken down musical barriers creating a sound all her own. In 2019, Megan Alyssa plans to captivate and increase her fan base by performing across the country, opening up for other artist, releasing a new EP and album with some mainstream features and collaborations. Her fans can also look out for new songs that gets in touch with her Latin roots. Her diversity will be unmatched and heavily sought after.

As she now releases hew most recent records, one features Rich The Kid called “No Shame” and the second one “Like That.” She wants her listeners to feel confident, sexy, carefree, and empowered. Megan encourages people to remain true to themselves and your inner thoughts. The Long Island creative briefly opens up about her motivation and inspiration behind her work:

“My creative process is basically the same for every record I create… I always listen to the beat first and catch a vibe… then I create melodies…that initial vibe transcribes to lyrics … and the lyrics that stick are the ones that fit the melody. In this case, the No Shame instrumental felt very sensual to me… the lyrics needed to match that feeling… the story for No Shame doesn’t necessarily come from my personal experiences… a lot of my inspiration comes from movies, tv shows, my friends, and other music… when I’m getting ready, I always put on music… the type of music I put on depends on what type of mood I want to be in… if I’m going out to party, I’ll put on music that makes me feel confident and sexy… I feel that No Shame really gives off that vibe. When people listen to my music, they tend to get the idea that I’m a promiscuous woman… given that the majority of my songs sound very sensual… but honestly that’s not the case… like I said, most of the inspiration I get is from movies, TV shows, and stories… the title “No Shame” is really just inspired by a feeling of no guilt, no regret, and vulnerability. I would love for my listeners to feel the way that I feel when I’m making my music…and for them to feel that way, I need to be transparent and vulnerable… even when I record my music I try to embody the emotion that I’m trying to portray so that my listeners can relate more… I am constantly perfecting my craft… I’m definitely not perfect… but I want my music to sound the way I want it to sound… I will listen to a track I recorded a ridiculous amount of times just to make sure I’m ok with the world hearing what I want to say. Like That was actually the first song I had ever written… the reason being that the beat gave off such a specific vibe that the lyrics literally just poured out… line after line the song was created in under 20 minutes… I started with the chorus then built around it… Like That has such a fun, sexy, and flirty vibe… I really do feel that the lyrics definitely match the vibe of the instrumental… the song just makes you want to get up and dance… well at least for me it does.”

]]> Like the infamous Pablo Escobar who embodied the trap & the people,’ Atlanta native, Jo$e Rivera, has continuously blossomed and overcame many obstacles that have contributed to his growth as an creative artist. Instead of folding under pressure, he used his failures and disappointments to grow as an creative artist. Jo$e uses his life story as a motivational tool to inspire his music. He strives to be very transparent and authentic in everything he does. The Panamanian decent artist enjoys using music as a outlet to express himself and be relate to his supporters and peers. He began making music to share and uniquely tell his stories and reflect on previous situations that he has overcome. Through this, Jo$e Rivera, has perfected a strong yet unique voice, with the ability to create a vibe through his lyrics.His supporters appreciated this use of creative lyricism. The positive feedback from his last project, encouraged him to take it up a notch by creating catchy cleverly-written bars. When he composed a third mix-tape, entitled, Becoming Legendary; this project showed his growth and commitment as a independent artist on the rise.

Jo$e Rivera, is working on his fourth project and follow-up tape titled, “Becoming Legendary II – Dreams Never Die”. The forthcoming tape tells an intriguing story on how to chase your dreams no matter what life throws at you. Rivera has been able to collaborate with Mickey Factz, Curtis Williams – Two9, Jace – Two9, Euro Gotit and Kur on the project. He briefly explains what his creative process entails;

“My creative process was the TV on mute with a movie and something to sip on and listening to the beat for about 30 mins and then I wrote my verse. The real message is people think like this all the time. What we have to do as men is control our emotions but if things escalate to were we have to use this type of force then you have to be ready. I want my listeners to know that I am a confident rapper who isn’t afraid to address any issue whether is positive or negative. I also want my listeners to know that I dedicate myself in perfecting the best verse on every record I record.”
